Our West-African Citrus Spice has medium heat with just a bit of sweetness. 


It’s great on grilled chicken and pork, as well as in stews and slow-cooked dishes. 


Our favourite use for it though, is crusted on a tuna steak that is pan-seared rare!  The orange flavour really complements the fish and the overall effect is unbelievable!
